The Finders Keepers Market features independent makers and designers from across Australia.  Here I coordinated the front of house desk team and oversaw logging queries from guests, exhibitors and food and beverage vendors, dealing with efficiently where possible or escalating to the appropriate manager where necessary.  This client facing role was vital in the successful delivery of the event, as such, it was fulfilling to assist with bringing months of hard work on the behalf of the event organisers and exhibitors to completion.   General duties included running ticketing and admittance smoothly, taking workshop registrations and bookings, assisting with any accessibility issues for disabled guests.
