Management of the concierge service offered to guests at Snowboxx Festival.  This involved dealing with festival goers across multiple platforms including in-app communications and over the phone or email.  The role required a lot of work with local suppliers, both to provide client services as well as to ensure that these bookings were beneficial to the agency.   It was essential that the relationships I made with these suppliers where amicable and lasting to ensure local support for the event in future years.
